My passion in life is helping people just like you to gain the confidence and skills to deal with difficult and challenging business conversations, so that they can achieve the things that are important to them: building profitable relationships with others, negotiating great deals, engaging with investors, managing team dynamics or tackling a contentious situation with a client or customer.

What makes me the right person to help you with these challenges? A lifetime of experience in handling conversations with people from all walks of life! I spent the first 34 years of my career as a police officer, dealing with difficult, stressful and often extremely dangerous conflict situations, later moving in to a training role helping other officers to deal with those similar volatile confrontations. During my time as a police trainer I also worked with colleagues to help them address the challenges of dealing with office politics and managing their own teams; when I left the police force I knew that I wanted to continue working with people, and after only a few conversations with friends and associates it became clear that people in the ‘real world’ faced many of the same challenges that I was experienced in.

That was 10 years ago. Since then I’ve moved into property, and built a very successful property business which has made me financially free – thanks in no small part to my ability to manage difficult conversations!

For over 30 years I have been a trainer, group facilitator, coach and mentor and have helped hundreds of people achieve their goals in business, professionally and in the lifestyle. I am an NLP practitioner and registered with the Association of Business Mentors (ABM). I am also a licensed Business coach with the Entrepreneurs Circle.
